# Intracav

> Intracav is the clinical AI platform. We build **Lumen** (clinical AI for clinicians — chat, agents, workflows, sourced answers at the point of care), **Lumen Max** (the same, for hospital teams and departments), **Lumen Extensions** (let medical-device and pharmaceutical companies be the answer when clinicians ask about their products), **Insights** (real-world clinical intelligence for device and pharma), **qPolicy** (enterprise policy compliance with a dedicated org-wide Lumen instance), and **MagicAF** (the open-source Rust framework underneath, supporting on-premise and air-gapped deployment). Founded by a trauma surgeon and vascular access medical director, an Interventional Vascular Access Specialist RN, and a software engineer who has built systems for the Department of Homeland Security.
