Is Lumen HIPAA compliant?

Yes. Intracav is HIPAA-compliant. Enterprise deployments also hold SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications. For organizations with strict data governance requirements, MagicAF supports air-gapped and on-premise deployment.

What are Lumen Extensions?

Lumen Extensions let medical device and pharmaceutical companies build product-specific modules into Lumen. When a clinician asks about a device or therapy, Lumen answers from the manufacturer's approved materials — instructions for use, setup and troubleshooting, dosing and administration, and complication management — accurate, sourced, and delivered at the point of care. Extensions give companies a direct, compliant line to clinicians at the moment of decision.

Is Lumen built for vascular access teams?
